No, shiny Arrokuda and shiny Barraskewda are not in Pokémon Go. Matters will change in the future as most shiny forms are released at a later date compared to when Pokémon are originally released in Pokémon Go. While shiny Arrokuda and shiny Barraskewda do look good, it's nothing really to write home about. The brown tones of their scales are now either a nice blue or grey shading depending on where the scales lie on their body. These aren't the most creative shiny forms, but they do fit a pair of fish. No, shiny Cramorant is not in Pokémon Go at the time of writing. Sadly Cramorant is not one of the lucky Pokémon who got their shiny form upon release, so you'll have to wait a little longer for it to arrive. When it arrives, you'll find that shiny Cramorant is fine. I guess. The change from blue to orange is certainly striking, so guess it's alright.
