Star Wars

The artwork features several characters from the Star Wars games, so it's not too surprising to see KOTOR included. In fact, both of the KOTOR games are currently included in the Star Wars Day Steam sale, so perhaps that is the only reason for their inclusion. But the fact remains that this is a new look at the characters, and a rare example of them getting new art right now. It might just be crumbs, but the fact that they're even bothering with new art could mean that Revan and the gang haven't been forgotten, and there are still plans for them. We weren’t kidding when we said Maul — Shadow Lord has one of the bloodiest finales in Star Wars animation history. Not only does Daki bite the dust, we see Captain Brander Lawson make a heroic sacrifice to ensure his son Rylee, Two-Boots, and Vario are able to make it up onto Dryden Vos’ ship, awaiting them in the Janix jungle. Or at least, we assume that’s what happened. While Lawson picks up some heavy artillery (I’m sure Star Wars fans will correct me on the correct name for that gun) and moves to give covering fire so everyone can escape, we don’t actually see his death. He does get shot
