Can you upgrade from the Persona 4 Revival standard edition to the Digital Deluxe and Digital Premium Editions?

In the past, Atlus allows upgrading through a DLC bunlde that ends up costing a bit more than buying the edition directly, but there is a possibility that not all DLC is available. As of now, the Japanese product page confirms the Velvet Outfit Set will not be sold separately. I will update this when the DLC situation is confirmed for all regions.  Persona 4 Revival launches on February 18, 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Xbox PC).
