Why MagSafe wallets?

I still look at MagSafe wallets as a bridge to the future. Once you can pay with Apple Pay everywhere you go and store your driver’s license/ ID directly on your iPhone, you’ll only need to carry your phone when you leave the house. We’re closer to that future than we were a couple years ago, but until it’s fully there, I’m still carrying a wallet, just a much thinner one than I used to. My state still has yet to announce support for a digital ID, either. Ever since getting on the MagSafe wallet train, it’s all I use now, and I don’t see myself going back.
