E Ink is an electronic display technology that uses microcapsules with charged particles to create an image through changes in reflectivity rather than light emission.
Over on the ESP32 subreddit, GitHub user Lj545 showed off their newest project, the TravelFrame. It's a cool set piece that uses a 7.5-inch 800x400 e-Ink display to show off every country and US state you've visited. Everywhere you've been is filled in black, and there's a small counter at the lower left of the display that tells you how many countries you've been to and how many you've got to go. You know, for the real completionists. Not only can the map track where you've been, but it can also tell you when you're next jetting off on your adventure. At the top right, the map displays an ETA
