The biggest reason DLSS 4.5 has felt incomplete is because Ray Reconstruction and DLSS 4.5 simply weren't speaking the same language so far. While DLSS 4.5 had an all-new transformer-based AI model for Super Resolution upscaling, Ray Reconstruction was still built around the older architecture introduced with DLSS 3.5.
