It was confirmed to us during a MagicCon pre-briefing that there would be no Commander precon decks for The Hobbit. This is a very intentional decision, and while there will still be Commander-focused cards in the set, there's no dedicated precons being released. Instead, a new co-op experience is coming in 2027 and is being viewed as filling the gap left by the missing deck. Little is known about this co-op product and whether it's similar to the Turtle Team-Up release or whether it's something completely different or larger in scale.
