Locking Half-Life: Alyx to VR seems like a shame as it has alienated millions of gamers up until recently. Now though, thanks to a dedicated modder, Half-Life: Alyx is available to play without the need for VR. No chunky headset, you can now play it on your PC with a mouse and keyboard.
