If you play on TV, the PC version and Xbox One on Xbox One X / Series X are the best followed by Switch 2. I would avoid the PS4 version and Switch 1 version when playing docked or on your TV. I know it is more expensive on Switch 2, but the quality of life features and boosters make up for it as far as I'm concerned. This depends on whether you want to play at home on your TV/monitor or on the go with a portable. Note that I don't use mods or plugins so cannot comment on those. The PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X versions deliver the best visual experience, but you need to keep in mind the added Xbox Game Pass Core subscription needed for that version. The console versions support keyboard and mouse input as well so that isn't an issue.
