Nintendo Switch is a hybrid game console made by Nintendo, sold as the original 2017 Switch, the OLED revision, the Switch Lite, and the 2024 Switch 2 successor; the line uses Joy-Con controllers and the Nintendo eShop.
While I was hoping we'd see a better upgrade for my favorite Xenoblade Chronicles game, I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't happy with many of the improvements here. This is also not even taking into account the gameplay and quality of life upgrades with field skills, screenshots with L+R, video capture support, and all the new content and new mode added to this release. I also cannot imagine anyone who upgrades to the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will want to downgrade like with Xenoblade Chronicles X, but if you do, I have a guide on how to do it here.
