While IO Interactive hasn't provided an outright "yes" to this question yet, it's a safe bet that there will be a sequel. First and foremost, as mentioned above, the game closes with the "James Bond will return" motif. If 007 First Light was intended to be a one-off, chances are that wouldn't show up.
