Assuming you already drive a supercar, you might be able to boost CJ’s Sex Appeal to 100% by wearing some well-known clothing like DS or working out regularly to maximize the muscle stats. Clothes that expose CJ’s muscles will look more attractive to girls, increasing the Sex Appeal significantly. However, you will eventually need to get back to repurchasing tattoos to fill up the remaining gap until 100%. So, it’s safe to say that using the glitch is mandatory to maximize Sex Appeal.
