You cannot preload Pokémon Champions on Nintendo Switch at the time of writing. While the Nintendo eShop page for the game is available to view, the only options available to you here are to wishlist the game; there is no option to preload. On top of that, Nintendo and the Pokémon Works have not yet revealed what Pokémon Champions' file size will be. That said, we anticipate that it won't be too big of a download.
