The Oura Ring 4 is the RingConn Gen 3’s main competition. It lacks the Vascular Health and vibration feature, but makes up for it with a comprehensive app and lifestyle tracking, plus a choice of either titanium or ceramic materials. It requires a $6 per month subscription. Ultrahuman is also launching the Ultrahuman Ring Pro. It will be available in the US from June 20, and costs $479. Alternatively, screen-less trackers like the Whoop 5.0 and new Fitbit Air may appeal if you’re put off by wearing a ring. RingConn Gen 3
