I was awfully impressed by Final Fantasy 7 Remake on Nintendo Switch 2. It looked and ran better than it had any right to, making me feel like I was playing the PS4 Pro version right in the palm of my hands, but with a few extra gameplay modifiers to boot. If you want the best-looking and performing version of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, then playing on Switch 2 obviously shouldn’t be your first choice. You’ll get the best visuals and frame rate on PS5, Xbox Series X, or one of the best gaming PCs. However, that’s a given.
