Can you upgrade from the Stranger Than Heaven standard edition to the Deluxe Edition?

Based on the wording, the Stranger Than Heaven Deluxe Upgrade DLC bundle should be available at launch for those who buy the base game physically or digitally. When the price point for the Deluxe Upgrade or all DLC is confirmed, I will update this. Stranger Than Heaven launches January 15, 2027 for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC (Xbox on PC, Steam).  It is also a Play Anywhere title and included in Xbox Game Pass.
